According to the restriction of European Union, United States, Australia and other countries, the use of some phthalates has been restricted for use in the product with human contact article, especially on children’s toy that can be placed in a child’s mouth or child care article to eliminate the risk to children. The restriction states that the amount of phthalates may not be greater than 0.1% mass percent (1000ppm) of the plasticized part of the toy.
To avoid the cross infection and to limit the risk of mis-use, SKW factory has built the independence building to manufacture the PVC material by using non-Phathalates plasticizer (such as DINCH / ATBC). For the sake of secure the quality, SKW factory has our own testing machinery to ensure our PVC product to meet the standard.
